All Ireland Champions 2023
Forrest little Golf Club are now the holders of a Golf Ireland All Ireland Pennant having won the Girls Inter-club All Ireland final on 30th August 2023 in Castletroy Golf Club.
The Girls won the North Leinster pennant on 31st July in Ashbourne securing them a place in the All Ireland quarter finals on 29th Aug against Galgorm Castle Golf Club which they won.
The following day they played in the semi-finals against Donneraile Golf Club whom they beat to get a place in the final that afternoon against Carton House Golf Club.
Our girls won 2 of the 3 matches on the 18th hole making it a very tense and exciting finish.
They are now All Ireland Champions. This is the first time in 83 years Forrest Little have ever won a National Pennant making this achievement more impressive.
